METAL WIRE ROD REPEATED BENDING TESTING MACHINE

 

Main use and scope of application

 

      This testing machine is mainly used for the repeated bending test of metal wire rod, in order to check the performance of metal wire under plastic deformation in repeated bending and the defects shown. Test principle: the sample with a certain diameter is clamped in two jaw of specified size through the guide sleeve. Press the button to bend the sample at 90 ° left and right. After the sample breaks, the machine stops automatically and the bending times are recorded.

Structural characteristics and working principle

 

      The testing machine is mainly composed of the main machine and the electrical measurement and control system. It uses mechanical transmission, applies the test torque to make the sample repeatedly bend, and uses the photoelectric switch to detect the bending test times. After the sample is broken, the machine will stop automatically, the swing rod will reset, the LCD will display automatically, and the bending test times will be recorded.

 

1. Host computer

      The main machine is driven by the motor through the belt pulley to reduce the speed of worm and worm gear, and then the crank swing rod mechanism drives the cylindrical gear to drive the swing rod to rotate ± 90 ° so as to make the guide sleeve on the swing rod drive the sample to do ± 90 ° bending, so as to achieve the purpose of the test. A device for counting is installed on the cylindrical gear. The photoelectric switch collects the signal once every time the sample is bent, so as to achieve the purpose of counting.

      After the test, if the swing rod does not stop at the middle position, press the reset key, and the photoelectric switch will collect the signal to make the swing rod return to the middle position.

      On the swing rod, there is a shift rod, which is equipped with guide sleeve with different inner diameter. For samples of different thickness or thickness, the shift rod is adjusted to different height and different guide sleeve is used. Put the guide sleeve into the hole of the shift rod, pin it with the torsion spring, and make it connected with the shift rod.

      A sample holding device is arranged below the swing rod. Manually rotate the lead screw to make the movable jaw shift and clamp the sample. For samples of different diameters, replace the corresponding jaw and guide sleeve (there are marks on the jaw and guide sleeve).

 

2. Electrical measurement and control system

      Electrical measurement and control system is mainly composed of strong current and weak current. The strong current controls the motor, and the weak current part is divided into three channels: one route collects the bending times signal by the photoelectric switch, which is sent to the decoder for display and storage by pulse shaping; the other route is for the photoelectric switch to control the reset of the swing rod, which stops the motor after receiving the signal, and at the same time, after receiving the signal of the motor stop, the last route carries out anti braking on the motor to make the swing rod stop properly The location of.
