Application
The WAW-300ES /
600ES / 1000ES / 2000ES series computer control electro-hydraulic
servo single space universal testing machines are mainly used for
the tensile property test of metal, non-metallic materials, building
materials and large structural parts. The testing machine adopts
computer technology, servo motor hydraulic servo technology and full
digital measurement and control device to realize the test force,
displacement and deformation three closed-loop control mode, and the
control mode can be smoothly converted in the test process.
Therefore, the program test under the requirements of various test
methods and standards can be completed. The test software can work
under the windows operating system, display the test status and
curve in real time, and can analyze again after the test,
automatically draw the report format and print the test report.
The testing
machine is an ideal testing equipment for large load mechanical
property test in iron and steel, construction, civil engineering and
other industries.
Technical performance characteristics

The main
machine adopts four column type test space structure, high
stiffness seamless frame, and high-quality structural steel,
which ensures the system to achieve ultra-high stiffness and
greatly improves the accuracy of the system.

High rigidity
guiding device is adopted to ensure the elimination of lateral
force, increase the service life of oil cylinder, and ensure
that the coaxiality of upper and lower clamps meets the
requirements

The testing
machine adopts the upper mounted large stroke bidirectional
servo hydraulic cylinder, which has larger test space and
smaller vibration after fracture.

The
electro-hydraulic servo valve, the core component of the
integrated oil way valve group, controls the up and down
movement of the working piston, and realizes the tensile test of
the material.

Through the
signal feedback of load sensor, photoelectric encoder and
electronic extensometer, the microcomputer servo system can
accurately control the applied load, stress, upper jaw
displacement and strain.

It can
automatically complete all kinds of tests, automatically
collect, process and store test data, display test status and
curve in real time, calculate test results, obtain
characteristic values, and print test reports according to
standard report format (performance curve and test results can
be selected).
