YZY-300 DUMB-BELL HYDRAULIC SAMPLE MAKING MACHINE
Application
This machine
is mainly used to press the standard sample of thin
metal
plate and other materials, which is composed of main machine
(hydraulic station), oil cylinder and corresponding tooling mould.
The frame of the main machine is made of four columns, which is of
good rigidity, simple structure and convenient operation. The
hydraulic source uses three-phase motor to drive high-pressure oil
pump, and the safety valve limits the maximum pressure. The oil
circuit is reversed by the electric control switch, that is, the
downward pressure and shear movement of piston rod and upward reset
movement, such as changing the mold or other accessories, can also
be used as a general press, and more functions can be expanded.

It
can meet the
requirements of sample preparation specified in
GB/T
228.1 tensile
test method for metallic materials at room temperature. The
equipment can automatically stop the pressing and forming of the
sample once according to the mold, and the sample falls on the
lower platform, and the surface of the sample is flat and free
of scratch and no burr around.

The sample
mould has good strength and toughness, and can bear about 300KN
pressure without damage during pressing. The mould adopts
high-quality alloy material, which is not easy to wear and has a
high service life.

The sample
mould can be easily replaced, and each update time is less than
10 minutes. A set of mould (with processing drawing) is attached.

The equipment
can be operated by one person independently, and the operation
process is completed by one key, and the sample preparation time
is less than 1 minute at a time.
